What Information Do We Collect?

General Access Information

When you visit the Site, we will collect anonymous, general “usage” information such as the type of browser you use, the pages you visit, your source domain, and your IP address.  This information does not directly identify you personally although it could be trackable to you personally.

How Do We Collect Information?

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that may be received through a number of ways including online forms, registrations, cookies, trackers, tags, and other means.  We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.

What Do We Do with Your Information?

General Access Information

We use this information to store content information and preferences, to monitor traffic and Site activity, to improve the performance and content of the Site to better meet your needs, to improve services we offer you, and to improve marketing, analytics, and Site functionality.

We partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on the Site or to manage our advertising on other sites.  Our ad network partner may use cookies, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, website activity, and/or beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this Site and other sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that your Personal Information is secure.  Agile Legal takes appropriate measures to protect personal information in its possession to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  These measures take into account the nature of the personal information and the risks involved in its processing, as well as best practices in the industry for security and data protection.  In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Our hardware, software, and security infrastructure as well as our internal standards for the Site to meet current industry standards and technology.  In addition, we will be using standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to secure all pages used for inputting user Personal Information.  However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between us will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Individuals whose Personal Information is covered by this Privacy Policy have the right to access the personal information that Agile Legal maintains about them as specified in this Privacy Policy.  Individuals may contact us to correct, amend or delete such personal information if it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of this Privacy Policy (except when the burden or expense of providing access, correction, amendment, or deletion would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated).   You may choose to have your name taken off of our registration list, cease receiving correspondence or newsletters from us, or you can update or delete the Personal Information that you have provided to us, via one of the following methods:

Unless otherwise noted, the e-mail on the Site does not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication.  It is possible that your e-mail communication may be accessed or viewed by another Internet user while in transit to us.  If you wish to keep your information private, you should not use our e-mail, contacting use through the appropriate customer service telephone number.

Your California Privacy Rights (California Residents)

The Cal. Civ. Code §1798.135 (California Consumer Privacy Act) requires companies to include certain disclosures including on their websites regarding the types of information collected and shared and the third parties with whom such information may be shared or provide the resident with an option to Opt-Out of having their information shared with third parties.  This Privacy Policy describes the information collected and with whom it may be shared in What Information Do We Collect? and What Do We Do with Your Information?  In addition, Agile Legal provides California residents the option to Opt-Out of such sharing of information in the Opt-Out section.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

No action is taken in response to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.  Although we use Google Analytics and other third party tracking tools for the Site, we are not aware if third parties collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities when a consumer uses the Site.

The Site may contain links to other third party web sites.  Agile Legal is not responsible for the security or privacy practices of these sites, the products or services offered by these sites, or the content appearing at these sites.  Agile Legal provides these links to you as a convenient method of accessing information that may be useful or of interest to you.  Agile Legal does not endorse any of the products or services marketed at these other sites.  We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on any third party.  We will not, and are under no obligation to, investigate, monitor or check third party sites for accuracy or completeness, or for any obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent, profane, defamatory or unlawful content or materials.  You understand and agree that by clicking on a link to a third party site you have left this Site, and the Agile Legal Privacy Policy stated on this Site is no longer in effect.
