Jennifer Earney

With nearly three decades of experience in corporate law, Jennifer Earney brings confidence, competence and clarity to corporate tasks. A skilled communicator, she is organized, adaptable and able to enter at any stage of a legal project to resolve complex problems. Her far-reaching expertise includes preparing and filing incorporations, formations and dissolutions in all 50 states, drafting board and stockholder resolutions, performing legal research and due diligence, preparing stock certificates, maintaining shareholder records, obtaining Employee Identification Numbers, performing minute book remediation, and preparing stockholder, stock purchase and asset purchase agreements. Jennifer has an M.A. in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, and a B.A. in Law and Justice from Rowan University. She is a member of the Philadelphia Paralegal Association and has an ABA Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
