Kathy Rasler is the Practice Manager for Agile Legal’s Securities division, bringing nearly four decades of experience in securities law, with a focus on Blue Sky laws and regulatory compliance. She provides clients with expert guidance on navigating complex state and federal requirements, ensuring their funds remain in good standing while minimizing risk and administrative burden. With extensive experience in both public and private securities matters, she helps clients prevent unnecessary exposure, optimize compliance strategies and streamline reporting processes.
Kathy has a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Webster University, where she also earned her Paralegal Certification.
