Rebecca Reilly specializes in corporate and securities law, with expertise in Blue Sky compliance for private funds. A member of the California Bar since 2022, Rebecca holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she completed the Tax Emphasis Program. She earned her B.A. with honors in Philosophy and Political Science – International Relations from Montana State University.
