Corporate Services
Team
Corporate legal needs never end for a company and even linger after a company is dissolved! Some needs such as registered agent, board reports or minute book management are continual or recurring needs that are onerous to manage amidst bigger legal issues requiring more of your attention, and they become harder to manage as your company grows. Some needs are more pressing so you can complete a merger or acquisition or incorporate a new entity without hindering planned operations and they require extra personnel resources or specialized expertise where it does not make long-term sense adding a team member to your payroll. Keeping on top of all your corporate projects and needs does not have to be a constant headache. Our Corporate Services team can give you peace of mind that you are well positioned to mitigate the risk your company might be exposed to through its day-to-day operations and reach successful outcomes in your corporate legal projects.
We understand how critical it is for your corporate services team to be competent people you can trust, so Agile Legal has paralegals and corporate specialists with 10+ years of experience, ranging from licensed attorneys to lifelong paralegals who have received education from accredited institutions and experience working for large companies and law firms. Our corporate services team are innovative, detail-oriented, dedicated professionals who can quickly step in and manage corporate legal responsibilities from beginning to end. We provide a simple approach to our service delivery. You will be put in contact with a Legal Project Coordinator who will be dedicated to your case, and act as your liaison, giving you a single point of contact so communication is not being interrupted or slowed down.
We know what consequences can come from not managing corporate compliance or governance effectively. Without the time or resources to stay in good standing, your business objectives are at risk, as well as your company being exposed to legal and financial penalties. Agile Legal’s corporate services team will keep you in compliance, maintain good governance practices and bring your legal projects to successful conclusions so your business can thrive, without your in-house teams being burnt out.
Agile Legal provides a full suite of virtual legal services in the United States and abroad for private funds, small to mid-size businesses, and through our sister brand Virtual Paralegal Services, law firms.
