Reyner Meikle
President & CEO
Legal tasks faced by midsize businesses and small law firms often take up too much time, costs outweigh profitability, and knowledge outside the expertise of existing paralegals is often needed. Any counsel needs cost-effective solutions for legal support that will increase their capacity to complete projects and boost profitability. Reyner Meikle is experienced in business strategy, legal project management, and corporate law and is an innovator with a passion for disciplined approaches that maximize agility in business. By identifying needs and developing products and services to meet those needs, he has aided the success of law firms and legal departments nationwide. Reyner has a JD in corporate law with a concentration in business organizations from Widener University School of Law and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2005.
Melissa Poulard

As a subject-matter expert in setting up businesses in over 50 countries, Melissa Poulard provides global expansion solutions for her clients. She has a proven track-record in meeting and exceeding targets, and her thorough understanding of products and services allows her to offer a concierge-type experience, assisting businesses in identifying the best strategy for long-term success. Beyond registering US entities in foreign jurisdictions, her areas of expertise include corporate law, legal research, due diligence, and legal compliance. She has international vendor contacts in over 160 countries and works directly with numerous international registries and jurisdictions. As a service consultant, she provides consistent, up-to-date communication to assist in project and account management.
Karen Redman
VP, International Services
From ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations, to effectively marketing products and building partnerships, the process of building a thriving global business can be overwhelmingly complex. Karen Redman is an innovative product manager, specializing in global entities, international structures, beneficial ownership best practices, and worldwide public record due diligence with expertise in business development, performance optimization, and financial analysis and management. She is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS), a certified fraud examiner (CFE), a certified project management professional (PMP), and a member in good standing of the Law Society, London, UK. Karen holds a JD from the College of Law, Guilford, UK, an LLM from the University of London, UK, and a BBA in business law and international business administration from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, USA.
Aaron Enzor
Director of Legal Services
Large litigation, e-discovery, and bankruptcy projects involve hard-to-solve challenges, from staffing capacity needs and technical solutions to litigation docket management and timely delivery of work product. With over twenty-five years of paralegal and legal management experience, Aaron Enzor customizes appropriate solutions for law firms and corporate clients. He has extensive experience in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, paralegal training, e-discovery best practices, coordinating resources, and assisting with complex litigation. Aaron has an MA in British and military history from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, AL, and an MSc (ABT) in information technology management from Regis University, Denver, CO. He is a member of the American Association for Paralegal Education and the Legal Compliance Association and has a certificate in paralegal studies from Kaplan College for Professional Studies, Boca Raton, FL.
Timothy Sands

Respectful of clients’ busy schedules, Timothy’s specializes in clear communication throughout marketing and sales. An excellent listener who desires to see others succeed, Timothy utilizes his project management skills for the benefit of clients, ensuring that all services are easily accessible. Both diligent and creative in his work, he is committed to ensuring that the customer’s journey with Agile Legal is smooth and productive from start to finish. Timothy has a BA (Hons.) in History from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
Renee Stenberg

Renee Stenberg has over twenty-five years of experience in law firm and corporate settings. She brings care, accuracy, and a depth of legal and technical knowledge to contract management, through negotiation and preparation, to review. As a contract specialist, Renee has provided procedural guidance and contractual support for strategy sessions and negotiations to risk-exposure analysis and redline recommendations. Renee offers a wide range of administrative support to attorneys, managers, and executives. Renee has an MPS in paralegal studies with a concentration in government contracts from the George Washington University, DC; a BS in information technology and visual communications, as well as an AA in business administration, from the University of Phoenix, AZ; and an AA in legal assistance from Hagerstown Business College, MD.
Jennifer Earney
Corporate Practice Manager
The volume of legal tasks associated with corporate formations, mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions can be overwhelming for legal teams of any size. With nearly three decades of experience in corporate law, Jennifer Earney brings confidence, competence, and clarity to corporate tasks. A skilled communicator, she is organized and adaptable, able to enter at any stage of a legal project to resolve complex problems. Her far-reaching expertise includes preparing and filing incorporations, formations, and dissolutions in all fifty states, drafting board and stockholder resolutions, performing legal research and due diligence, preparing stock certificates, maintaining shareholder records, obtaining Employee Identification Numbers from the IRS, performing minute book remediation, and preparing stockholder, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements. Jennifer has an MA in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ, and a BA in Law and Justice from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ. She is a member of the Philadelphia Paralegal Association and has an ABA Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ.

Ensuring your funds are in good standing is essential risk mitigation. Rebecca Reilly provides specialized assistance in securities law including Blue Sky law and corporate law. Rebecca passed the California BAR exam in 2022 and has diverse experience in securities contexts to accompany her academic knowledge. Rebecca has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Political Science – International Relations from Montana State University, and a JD from University of Colorado Law School’s Tax Emphasis Program.
Kathy Rasler

From the daily risks associated with fund management to engaging powerful state and federal regulatory bodies, handling securities compliance is an unnecessarily time-consuming aspect of fund administration. Kathy Rasler has nearly four decades of experience in securities law, specializing in blue sky laws and securities compliance. Her expertise allows clients to rest easy, knowing their accounts are in good standing and that all compliance requirements have been met. Kathy has a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she also received her Paralegal Certification. With experience in all aspects of public and private securities-related matters, she protects clients’ funds from unnecessary exposure, prevents over-reporting, and delivers cost-efficiencies.
Heather Thompson
Project Manager, Data Management Team
Keeping track of an organization’s data is no easy task especially when they operate in multiple states, and multiple countries with multiple entities. Data management is essential for evaluating the progress and growth of a business, and paramount when it comes to measuring the success of ventures and company status. Heather Thomson is Project Manager for the Data Management Team. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness gives her the ability to manage clients’ data, keep relevant parties updated with changes and deliver accurate evaluations of company data quality. Heather helps clients onboard data into their systems, accurately and in a timely manner. Heather graduated Lehigh University with a BS in Chemistry, has received a Master’s in Public Service Administration at Texas A&M, and most recently, earned a PhD in Marine Policy at University of Delaware in 2015.
